Location: the hotel was not far from the central square and all food/shopping places, San Blas and areas surrounding, and the main tourist areas and The Plaza de Armas. The service was all in all excellent. The staff was very kind, as for 3-stars property...

The accommodation offers spacious and modern rooms.
Even after multiple requests to fix it, we were told conflicting information, and ultimately, we had no real access to hot water. I was left shivering and frustrated throughout our visit, unacceptable for any hotel experience. Unbelievably, at checkout, they stressed the urgency of settling our bill but had ample chance to address this the day before.

Great Space with Room for Improvement
The apartment layout offered convenience with a small kitchen and comfortable living area. The helpful front desk staff, who assist with excursions, was a highlight. Just be prepared for a steep walk back after a long day of activities! Consider having breakfast at Cicciolina, it's a treat!

Staying in the Duplex Suite was pretty cool! It was spacious, and having a kitchenette was a nice touch. Loved the comfy beds and the heater was great for those chilly nights. It was a hassle to climb back up after a long day of exploring, especially with luggage. Plus, could've used more hangers for clothes. But honestly, the views from the terraces made it worth it!

The property was spotless, and I loved the cozy kitchen and the comfy beds in our Duplex Suite. There are beautiful sun terraces to relax on and enjoy the breathtaking views, making it a perfect spot to unwind after exploring. The only thing was that the climb back from the center can be a bit tough after a long day, so pack light!

Just a decent option for a brief stop-in in Cusco with fantastic value for money. The little kitchen in the room was handy for making some quick snacks after a long day. Remember to grab bottled water from nearby stores since tap water isn't drinkable.
